“Don’t be irresponsible with your energy.” A friend named Susan told me this and it makes perfect sense.
Life is so short! Too short to waste your precious energy on things it shouldn’t be wasted on. To do so is irresponsible. Period.
Keep your energy positive. Continue to produce bright energy. Surround yourself with it. If you find yourself around bleak or gloomy energy, move away. If you are the one with the ‘bad’ energy or contributing to creating it, then remove yourself from the situation that is causing it.
Embrace and appreciate your energy. It’s all yours for the using so use it wisely!
